Hong Kong Company Name
In Hong Kong, we are free to make a choice of companies’ names, we can use the words such as INTERNATIONAL, GROUP, HOLDINGS, INDUSTRIAL, INVESTMENT included in the company name. The name must end with "Limited".
Registered & Paid Up Capital
For a Hong Kong limited company, the minimum registered capital is HKD10,000. The board of a company has a final say about paid-up capital. You don’t have to pay up your capital.
Shareholder & Director
At least one directors and shareholders is required when establish a Hong Kong company. The directors and shareholders can be the same person. The shareholder can be also acted by the natural person or the legal person. If the shareholder is acted by the natural person, the person must be more than 18 years old who has the passport or ID.
Legal Secretary & Registered Address
The office address of Hong Kong Company must located in Hong Kong. Hong Kong government required every Hong Kong Company should have a legal secretary, and the legal secretary must be local person or company. The legal secretary and registered address can be provided by Tannet if needed.
Business Nature
No restriction for Business scope in Hong Kong except for financial institution, banking, insurance and etc.

3. Completed incorporate application form
Incorporation Procedure
Fill in application form→Preparation of Legal document→Sign legal documents→Handle to Hong Kong government→Finish within 10-15 working days→Collect the documents
Bank Account Opening Arrangement
You can open bank account in local Hong Kong or open offshore bank account in other countries. All shareholders and directors should go to bank in person when open bank account in Hong Kong.
