1. Renewal
of the UK Company
Renewal of a UK Company means submitting
an annual return of the company, making an annual
declaration document based on
the information of the company's shareholders, directors, legal secretary,
registered address and etc. UK companies must report annually to the local
government.
2. Period
of the UK Company Renewal
UK companies must renew their
registration certificate once a year from the company's incorporation
date to
the anniversary of the following year. Tannet will notify the customer one
month in advance of the
anniversary date.
3. Information
Required for the UK Company Renewal
i. A
copy of the registration certificate;
ii. A
copy of the entire set of statutory documents signed at the time of
establishment of the company;
iii. A
copy of the share reform, capital increase, and renaming documents (if any);
iv. Sign
the confirmation form;
v. Identification
documents and address documents of all shareholder directors.
