1. Procedure for Incorporation of Company in Malaysia

Fill in the assignment form → sign the agreement → settle payment → Malaysia company name search → sign the statutory documents → go through the formalities at government departments → collect the full set of company documents → personally open a corporate bank account in Malaysia.


2. Conditions for Incorporation of Company in Malaysia

One or more people above the age of 18 can register for the company.


3. Directors and Shareholders for Incorporation of Company in Malaysia

Before establishing a company, you must first confirm the directors and shareholders, and arrange the proportion of shares of each shareholder. Company directors must be local Malaysian and above 18 years old. If a foreigner wants to serve as a director, the company must have at least one local person to serve as a director.
