limited company. It prohibits any invitation to the public to subscribe to any
of its shares, deposit money with the company for investment or subscription.
The minimum number of members in a private limited company is ONE (1) and the
maximum is FIFTY (50).

Company is the registered capital of the company. It is the maximum amount of share
capital in which a private limited (“Sdn Bhd”) company is allowed to issue to
its shareholders. The amount of authorised capital can be found in the
Memorandum & Articles (M&A) and Form 24 of the company. However, the new companies act 2016 stated that no authorised capital required for the Sdn Bhd incorporated after 31 Jan 2017.
